Job Description

Oversee and manage all operations and maintenance activities for facility management projects.

Lead and supervise operational teams, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and performance standards.

Directly manage and enhance Cleaning Services operations (strong experience preferred).

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Prepare operational reports and present them to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Facility Management (FM).

Strong background in Cleaning Services management is highly preferred.

Possesses a strong professional network within the O&M / FM industry.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver operational targets.
