Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead, operate, and continuously improve Projects and centers delivering educational, diagnostic, rehabilitative, and residential services to target beneficiaries.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end service delivery processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and beneficiary needs.
- Manage project delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality standards, and approved budgets.
- Ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations, monitor project implementation progress, and oversee operational budgets, cash flow, and cost controls.
- Lead risk management, business continuity, and operational readiness initiatives across all service locations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between operations, service planning, finance, HR, and compliance functions.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to internal teams.
- Maintain & present operational performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations to executive management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree (Master's degree is preferred )
- Minimum of 1015 years of experience in operations and service delivery management, with minimum experience 5 years in leadership position.
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site operations, project management, contract management, and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage complex operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
