Required Experience: Minimum 4 Years in Securities Brokerage or Clearing Entities.

Position Objective
To manage the complete post-trade lifecycle, ensuring that all securities transactions are cleared, settled, and reconciled accurately within the regulatory timeframes (T+0, T+1, T+2) while mitigating operational and financial risks.
Core Responsibilities & Technical Duties
A. Clearing & Settlement Management
- Daily Reconciliations: Perform daily matching of executed trades with the Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR) reports.
- Settlement Execution: Manage the settlement of Same Day Trading (T+0) and standard (T+2) transactions, ensuring cash and securities are moved correctly.
- Fail Management: Identify and resolve any settlement failures or discrepancies immediately to avoid FRA penalties or EGX suspension.
- Corporate Actions: Execute administrative procedures for stock splits, coupon payments, capital increases, and bonus shares for client portfolios.
B. Banking & Custody Coordination
- Cash Management: Coordinate with commercial banks and Custodians to verify bank balances and ensure the timely funding of settlement accounts.
- Position Verification: Ensure that securities are correctly blocked or released in the MCDR system for sell/buy orders.
C. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
- FRA & EGX Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic operational reports as required by the Financial Regulatory Authority and the Exchange.
- Audit Support: Maintain a 5-year physical and 15-year electronic archive of settlement records for FRA field inspections.
- Margin Monitoring: Collaborate with the Risk department to ensure Margin Trading settlements comply with the firm's capital adequacy ratios.
Minimum 4 Years of continuous or cumulative experience in the securities field.

Experience must be from a Brokerage Company, Investment Bank, MCDR, or a similar regulated financial institution.
