The Team and Role:

This role is part of the Global Emerging Markets business support function that works across multiple geographies and diverse cultures which includes 149 countries covering Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Central Asia, Turkey, Africa & Latin America.

The Operations support Analyst will be a strategic & analytical business partner to the required Teams for the cluster(s) within the AMECA (Africa, Middle East, Turkey, and Central Asia). The incumbent will provide functional support in the areas of claim calculations, channel data analytics, PoS verification and help to maintain financial Integrity & compliance. This role will also work closely with AMECA Business Finance Team, Controllership & EMEA Operations Teams.

The role will report to the Ops Manager for AMECA Region .

In this role you will:

  • Support the AMECA cluster heads with consolidating, verified End User verification.
  • Recalculate the promotional claim spends according to the PoS reported by the channel partners.
  • Upload the EUV documents along with the Offer specific documents into a shared drive for data retention.
  • Report material deviations to the business finance team, and collaborate with EMEA Operations to correct the payouts.
  • Own & maintain data repository for all EUV and Offer specific documentation.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining effective process controls and ensuring strict adherence to internal policies.
  • Support team heads with Adhoc business queries.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Relevant education, Bachelor's degree preferable, in any discipline.
  • Relevant years of experience, 2-4 years preferable in operation support experience in Enterprise business and/or IT Hardware Industry
  • Ability to drive change and influence business results through data driven analysis.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently.
