Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-obsessed professional to manage and maintain critical datasets that drive our sales, revenue, and operational decisions. This role ensures data accuracy across systems and delivers actionable insights to leadership through structured reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Integrity
- Maintain and manage large datasets related to sales, revenue, commissions, and operations
- Perform regular data reconciliation between internal trackers, CRM, finance data, and other sources
- Identify discrepancies in data and proactively resolve inconsistencies
- Ensure zero data leakage, duplication, or mismatch across systems
CRM & Systems Management
- Ensure accurate and timely Salesforce CRM updates (leads, opportunities, multiple stages & closures, etc.)
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review
- Build and maintain structured Excel dashboards for performance tracking
- Support forecasting and pipeline tracking through structured reporting
- Proactively identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in MIS / Data Management / CRM Operations
- Extremely strong practical hands-on capability in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Experienced with Google Sheets
- Data-obsessed and highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in fast-paced business environments
- Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Prior experience supporting a sales-driven business unit is preferred
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Services / Real Estate / Financial Services industry
- Understanding of sales pipeline management
- Exposure to automation (Excel Macros / Basic VBA)
- Experience working with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
