Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Booking Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Operations and Booking Specialist will be responsible for coordinating model bookings, managing schedules, and overseeing logistics. Additional tasks will include maintaining up-to-date records, communicating with clients, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing schedules and coordinating bookings
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using scheduling and booking software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the modeling or fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
