Operations and Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Direct responsibility for the performance of HVAC, electrical grids, water systems, and emergency machinery.
• Proven expertise in managing civil works, specifically high-durability paints, decorative finishes, and diverse flooring types (marble, wood, industrial).
• Implement and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs specifically designed for the 24/7 operational cycle of hotels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Expert-level command of CRM/Maintenance Management Systems for workflow tracking and reporting.
• A proven track record in the hospitality sector or specialized buildings.
• A unique blend of heavy mechanical troubleshooting skills and a refined eye for civil finishing works.
