Operations and Maintenance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aswan for an Operations and Maintenance Manager For solar plant. The primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring effective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, and managing project timelines to meet organizational objectives. The manager will lead and mentor teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure exceptional service delivery standards. Additional responsibilities include regular reporting, identifying and mitigating operational risks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and Maintenance of solar /wind plants, with a proven record of optimizing processes and ensuring smooth functioning of systems.
• Experience in Project Management, with the ability to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Team Management, demonstrating leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify and address operational challenges efficiently.
• Understanding of compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for operations and maintenance management is an advantage.
