Yellow Door Energy is continuing to build its Operations & Maintenance network across the Middle East and South Africa, and we are keen to connect with experienced professionals who support the safe, reliable and commercially effective operation of renewable energy assets.

Our operating portfolio includes solar PV and other renewable energy solutions, and future opportunities may span hands-on site operations through to multi-site O&M leadership, plant performance and operational improvement.

Areas of interest

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience across one or more of the following:

• Solar PV operations and maintenance
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Plant performance, availability and reliability
• Fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• LV / MV / HV electrical systems and electrical switching
• SCADA monitoring and operational data analysis
• Site inspections, testing and commissioning
• Maintenance planning, work orders and spare-parts management
• OEM, contractor and service-provider coordination
• O&M quality, HSE and operational risk
• Operational budgets, KPIs and contract performance
• Multi-site operations and O&M team leadership
• Continuous improvement, CMMS and digital O&M systems
  
  

Depending on the opportunity, relevant experience may also include exposure to PV equipment, monitoring systems, testing tools, AutoCAD, PVsyst, CMMS or other operational and engineering platforms.

We welcome interest from experienced technicians, engineers, specialists, supervisors, managers and O&M leaders working within renewable energy developers, IPPs, EPC contractors, O&M service providers, utilities or related power and energy environments.

Relevant backgrounds may include hands-on site operations and maintenance as well as broader responsibility for plant performance, maintenance strategy, contractor management, operating budgets, service delivery or multi-site O&M leadership.
