Job Description

Position Objectives:

  • Oversee vendor deliveries for Core Network and Cloud domains, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
  • Govern and implement end-to-end acceptance processes to secure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Manage the operational handover of solutions, maintaining performance, reliability, and service continuity.
  • Define and enforce acceptance criteria, quality audits, and test methodologies to ensure vendor adherence.
  • Drive KPI optimization through inspections, configuration tuning, and feature implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across design, implementation, and operations to resolve acceptance challenges.
  • Provide governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure vendor quality processes, test plans, and acceptance criteria comply with project standards and technical requirements.
  • Define and oversee inspection methodologies, acceptance checkpoints, and ATP documentation.
  • Manage and monitor Core Network and Cloud acceptance activities, including site validation, end-to-end testing, and failover scenarios.
  • Conduct audits and quality reviews, identify non-conformities, and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Lead governance forums with stakeholders to review Core KPIs, define action plans, and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate parameter optimization and feature deployments to enhance network performance.
  • Support operational readiness by facilitating customer acceptance of delivered services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to establish service-level acceptance methodologies and validation frameworks.
  • Align ATP documentation, acceptance schedules, and deliverables with customer requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on acceptance status, quality compliance, and progress against plan.
  • Track and govern acceptance activities through PMO systems, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
  • Conduct process gap analysis and recommend enhancements to strengthen delivery efficiency.
  • Represent Operations Assurance in reviews, compliance meetings, and cross-functional workshops.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in telecom (Operator or Vendor), including at least 3 years managing field teams and leading Core/Cloud acceptance activities.
  • Proven track record of managing quality assurance and acceptance in major LTE/3G/2G Core Network projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Core domains (EPC, IMS, VoLTE) and Cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills with experience in multicultural environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Strong communication skills with fluent English and a good command of Arabic (written and spoken).
