Operations Coodinator

Roles -

• Handle end-to-end shipment operations including booking, documentation, tracking, and delivery.
• Coordinate with forwarders, and overseas agents to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Monitor status updates and proactively communicate any changes or delays to customers.
• Prepare and submit quotations for freight services (FCL, LCL, air freight, customs clearance, local delivery).
• Respond to RFQs and rate enquiries promptly and accurately.
• Verify documents like Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Delivery Order, Arrival Notice

• Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations, port authority requirements, and Incoterms.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant fields
• Working experiences in shipping documentation, processing of import and export documentation
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Positive attitude, diligent and detailed oriented
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
