SolarizEgypt, an Independent Power Producer (IPP) certified company, specializes in financing, designing, installing, and commissioning photovoltaic (PV) solar power plants. As the first company in Egypt to implement on-grid Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) in 2019, SolarizEgypt has been driving the adoption of clean energy since its establishment in 2013. We serve commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors, providing a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to conventional energy. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Operations Coordinator based in Cairo. We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to support governmental approvals and procurement activities for PV plant projects. This role involves preparing and submitting official documents to relevant authorities, coordinating with consultants, and handling internal procurement requests. The candidate should be comfortable with both office-based documentation and field visits to governmental entities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the preparation and submission of governmental files and approvals.

· Submit and follow up on applications with relevant entities.

· Coordinate with external consultants for project studies.

· Track approval status and ensure timely responses to governmental feedback and requirements.

· Maintain organized records of all submissions, approvals, and project documentation.

· Handle in-person submissions to authorities.

· Manage internal procurement requests.

· Source items locally in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in operations, governmental affairs, or procurement (renewable energy experience is a plus).

· Strong organizational and documentation skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Good communication and follow-up skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
