Role Description

The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate event logistics, and provide hands-on support to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities include working closely with vendors, maintaining schedules, assisting clients needs, and performing administrative tasks to enable efficient event planning and delivery. Responsibilites will also include to prepare technical drawings and should be proficient in using softwares like AutoCAD amd Sketchup

Qualifications

• Strong ability in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance for organizing and maintaining event logistics and records
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client and vendor relationships
• Robust Analytical Skills to identify and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
• Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Sketchup
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
