Operations Coordinator - UAE

Responsible for monitoring daily operations, stock availability, deliveries, reconciliations, and coordination between the warehouse, 3PL partners, and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock levels and inventory availability across shops and warehouses.
• Monitor 3PL deliveries, pending shipments, and delivery performance.
• Prepare daily stock and operational reconciliations.
• Prepare CIPL (Commercial Invoice & Packing List) for warehouse inbound and outbound shipments.
• Handle basic shipping and logistics documentation.
• Monitor returns, damages, and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse and 3PL teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Coordinate packaging material availability and deliveries.
• Act as the link between Customer Service, Warehouse, and 3PL teams.
• Escalate operational issues and maintain daily operational reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory, or Warehouse Operations.
• Hands-on experience in stock control, reconciliation, 3PL coordination, warehouse operations, and deliveries.
• Good understanding of shipping documents and CIPL preparation.
• Experience with returns, damages, and packaging materials is preferred.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication, follow-up, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
