The project:
Mace is supporting the delivery of a landmark sports and entertainment venue in the Middle East. Designed with sustainability and cultural inspiration at its core, this world-class facility will host major global events and serve as a centerpiece for a transformative urban development.
You'll be responsible for:
Directing the development and implementation of strategic management plans across programmes or accounts.
Driving business growth and market positioning through account expansion and relationship management.
Overseeing delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with vision, objectives, and governance standards.
Managing resources, recruitment, and team performance to optimize productivity and service excellence.
Ensuring compliance with safety, sustainability, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
Converting client vision into actionable plans leveraging C2P, net zero carbon, and digital innovation.
Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary client interface and CRM lead.
Monitoring performance, financial viability, and continuous improvement to achieve strategic priorities.
You'll need to have:
Degree or ONC/HNC/HND (or equivalent).
Understanding, articulation and implementation of the RIBA and BSRIA design frameworks.
Middle East experience is an advantage.
