Operations Intern!
The participant of the Subsea7 Internship Program, attends the program to enhance the practical learning, bridge the gap between academic education and COOP students
Specific Key Responsibilities & Activities
Engage in 12 week Intern program
- Week 1 – Orientation week
- Corporate and HSE Orientation
- Meet with Function Manager
- Briefing on program schedule, expectations and project assignment
- Meet the Assigned Function and Colleagues
- Theoretical involvement of the function and its operations
- Week 2-3 – Theoretical Learning
- Officially assigned mentor by function
- Gradual practical involvement of the operational processes, structure, procedures and policies
- Week 4 – 11 - Experiential Learning, Internship Project
- At least 3 rotational assignments within the function is practiced during this time including:
- Actual practical work involvement
- Field visits
- Projects participations
- Week 12 – Performance Evaluation and Offboarding
- Performance Feedback and Evaluation
- Chances of Improvements
- Exit Interview
- Offboarding
What experience would we like you to have
Qualifications, Certifications & Experience
- COOP student
- Good understanding of offshore and onshore oil and gas operations and projects activities.
- Basic knowledge of marine operations, vessel coordination, and offshore project execution.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic exposure with SAP.
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Well-organized, detail-focused, and initiative-driven.

- Willing to learn and develop technical skills.
- Effective organization and planning abilities.
- Able to coordinate and collaborate across multiple departments and project teams, with flexibility to travel locally and internationally as required.
