Holistic Vision Management and Marketing is hiring on behalf of another company, a reputable advanced technology company operating in the field of warehouse automation, intralogistics, and industrial systems is expanding its project operations in Saudi Arabia.

The company delivers large-scale automated storage, material handling, and electromechanical solutions for industrial and logistics clients across the region.

Job Summary

The Operations Engineer will be responsible for on-site execution, supervision, coordination, and delivery of warehouse automation and electromechanical installation projects across Saudi Arabia.

This is a hands-on, site-driven role requiring strong technical knowledge, team leadership, and the ability to manage installation, commissioning, documentation, and project close-out activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage site mobilization and demobilization

Lead installation of storage systems

Lead installation of electromechanical systems including conveyors, lifts, and AS/RS cranes

Supervise and assign tasks to site supervisors and technicians

Review project drawings and assess material and manpower requirements

Coordinate with procurement teams following internal approvals

Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules

Supervise site activities and resolve technical issues, drawing changes, and manpower adjustments

Track milestones and prepare progress and technical reports

Maintain records of delays, variations, and changes

Manage project handover including as-built drawings and manuals

Handle snag lists, subcontractors, and defect liability period activities

Qualifications and Requirements

Saudi National (mandatory)

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Civil Engineering acceptable but not preferred

Five to ten years of experience in industrial equipment or warehouse automation projects

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools

Experience working in customer-facing, site-based environments

Strong documentation and reporting discipline

Good communication skills in English

Arabic is an advantage

Comfortable working under site pressure and deadlines
