Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an Operation Executive specializing in Company Formation. The role involves managing end-to-end business setup operations, ensuring smooth coordination with government authorities, and delivering exceptional client service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Business Setup Support

  • Assist clients with setting up Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore companies in Dubai.
  • Advise clients on the most suitable legal structure (e.g., LLC, Sole Proprietorship, Free Zone entities) based on their business objectives.
  • Prepare and submit all required documentation for company incorporation, trade license issuance, and regulatory approvals.

Government Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and government authorities such as DED, Free Zone Authorities, Immigration, and Labour departments.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to secure approvals, licenses, and permits.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations related to business operations.

Visa Processing & Employee Services

  • Handle end-to-end processing of residency visas, work permits, and related documentation for business owners and employees.
  • Manage visa applications, medical tests, Emirates ID processing, and other formalities.
  • Liaise with relevant government entities for timely visa issuance.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Offer tailored consultation on business setup options in Dubai.
  • Ensure timely follow-up for document submission and payments.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and review company formation documents, including Articles of Association, shareholder agreements, and trade licenses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records in compliance with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day processes.
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
