The Ideal Candidate
- A proven operations excellence or transformation leader with 7+ years of experience in complex, multi-site operations.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Certified in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational governance, productivity improvement, and performance management.
- Commercially minded, analytically strong, and comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
