Job Description

Role: Operations Executive

Department: General Insurance

Onsite Dubai

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Operations Executive

to support the General Insurance division.

The role involves procuring quotes, generating payment links, coordinating policy

issuance, and managing documentation while working within tight deadlines and

handling multiple requests simultaneously.

This role is critical in ensuring efficient turnaround times, accurate reporting, and

seamless coordination between advisors and insurers.

Key Responsibilities

Portal-Based Policy Processing (Primary Focus)

• Procure / generate quotes via insurer portals

• Review quotes and share with advisors

• Generate payment links via insurer portals

• Process policy issuance through portal underwriting

• Ensure accuracy of coverage, limits, and client details

• Follow up with insurers for policy issuance where required

Individual Underwriting (Non-Portal Business)

• Support the advisor in procuring underwriting terms directly from insurers

• Follow up with insurers for competitive quotations

• Request payment links from insurers upon confirmation to proceed

• Send issuance approvals to insurers

• Follow up for:

o Policy documents

o Receipt vouchers

o Endorsements where applicable

Documentation & System Management

• Upload finalized policy documents in IMCRM

• Update invoicing trackers and internal reporting sheets

• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails

• Ensure all records are updated in a timely manner

Reporting & Operational Tracking

• Maintain daily production and issuance reports

• Track pending quotes and issuance requests

• Monitor turnaround times and escalate delays

• Provide regular operational updates to Unit Head

• Assist in preparing performance and productivity reports

Sales & Advisor Support

• Support advisors with quote comparisons and insurer options

• Support other advisors as and when required

• Assist in gathering missing underwriting information

• Coordinate with insurers for clarifications and special requests

• Ensure service level timelines are met

Products Handled (General Insurance)

• Public Liability

• Property Insurance

• Marine Insurance

• Contractors All Risk

• SME Packages

• Other General Insurance Products

Key Skills & Requirements

Experience

• 1–3 years experience in UAE General Insurance Operations preferred

• Experience handling insurer portals preferred

• Commercial lines exposure preferred

Skills Required
