Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations and ensuring smooth service delivery. This role includes coordinating schedules and assignments for field teams, monitoring job progress, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Operations Executive will track resource utilization, maintain records, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. The role also involves communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, managing work orders, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Any Bachelor's degree.
Good operations and management skills.
Ability to analyze problems and improve work processes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar field is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintenance management software.
