Strong hands-on experience in the aesthetic / cosmetic clinic industry is mandatory.
Candidate must have worked directly in an aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic setup.
Thorough understanding of aesthetic treatments, patient flow, clinic coordination, and skincare product handling is essential.
Candidates without aesthetic industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Clinic Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
Supervise front desk, therapists, nurses, and support staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
Ensure proper coordination between doctors and support teams for seamless patient experience.
Monitor and manage appointment scheduling to optimize doctor utilization and reduce waiting time.
Patient Experience & Service Quality
Ensure high standards of patient service and hospitality.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Maintain confidentiality and professional handling of patient records.
Inventory & Vendor Management
Manage inventory of aesthetic consumables, medical supplies, injectables, skincare products, and equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and stock replenishment.
Track product usage and control wastage.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure clinic operations comply with healthcare regulations and DHA standards.
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and audit records.
Ensure hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Team Supervision & Coordination
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
Conduct regular team coordination meetings to improve service standards.
Assist management in training and onboarding new staff.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Monitor revenue tracking, treatment bookings, and productivity metrics.
Support management in implementing cost-control measures and operational improvements.
