About The Internship
This summer, we are launching the
ACM Summer Internship Program — a hands-on internship within our Operations team. You will be involved in real operational workflows, support day-to-day processes, and gain exposure to how an investment company runs behind the scenes. Alongside this, you will take ownership of an independent project focused on improving a real internal process using data, automation, or AI.
What You Will Do
- Working with data in Excel: Organizing, analyzing, and maintaining datasets to support decision-making
- Cross-team collaboration: Working with different departments to support operational workflows
- Project work: Developing an individual mini-project focused on solving a real internal challenge using data or AI-driven approaches

Who We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Based in the UAE (student or sponsored visa)
- Interested in finance, operations, or business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets as a minimum)
- Curious, proactive, and able to take ownership
- Interested in AI tools or automation (big plus)
