Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Operations and Maintenance Reporting

  • Develop periodic management reports (monthly, quarterly and annual), provided variance analysis for business results, highlighting the reasons for the variances.
  • Analyze monthly reports presented by plants in order to review performance.
  • Analyze the YTD direct and indirect actual expenses against budget for analysis and monitoring purposes.

Maintain a constant reporting structure with operations and maintenance management via quarterly and annual reports showing the number of maintenances done, status and outstanding problems.

Insurance Claims Management

  • Lead providing all required documents and details needed at the early stage such as preliminary inspection report and vendor repair estimate and submitting the written intimation to enable the Insurance Company to initiate the claim processing.
  • Maintain seamless coordination with the Surveyor and Insurance Officers and arranging surveyor inspection visit and coordinate with site team to facilitate the inspection job.
  • Maintain stringent follow-up on the maintenance job progress with external vendor and site team to insure quick corrective actions are taken in order to bring the damaged machine back to operations at the soonest.
  • Review and negotiate proposed adjustment provided by the surveyor to insure the reimbursement amount is as per the policy approved cover.

Approve proposed adjustment and provide formal acceptance of the settlement amount and following-up with the insurance company on settlement payment and ensuring to deliver on time.

Temporary Cooling

  • Coordinate and liaise with temporary cooling contractors for execution of projects, including coordination with contractors on regular basis to ensure that the project performance is within the set parameters. Ensure that the contractors work performance measurements systems are consistent with Tabreed guidelines.

Create purchasing requisitions for temporary cooling units and accessories for all Tabreed sites. Process supplier invoices and follow-up on payments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school certificate; a diploma is preferred.

Minimum Experience:

  • +2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role primarily in the Finance function in a large or complex organization.
