Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the company's overall operations, ensuring effective coordination across Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performance

Lead and coordinate Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions

Develop and improve operational processes and procedures

Monitor inventory, procurement, distribution, and demand planning

Track sales performance and operational KPIs

Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with inventory and operational capacity

Manage suppliers and ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards

Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions

Lead and develop teams while ensuring achievement of business objectives

Prepare operational reports and performance updates for senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Previous experience in Retail Sales and Marketing.
• 5–8 years of experience in Operations Management or a related role
• Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and operations
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in retail, FMCG, Oud & Incense, or related sectors is preferred
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, sales, and operational processes
• Fluent in Arabic and English
