Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure they align with company goals and industry standards. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing workflows, coordinating cross-departmental activities, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. The role also involves supervising teams, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
