Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations Manager at Beautivia Clinic, located in Jeddah. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include staff management, performance monitoring, resource allocation, and developing operational strategies to meet business objectives. The role also involves ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining quality standards, and improving patient satisfaction.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality control standards
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operational and administrative tasks
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic
