Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operations Manager for Cake, Pastry, and Bread Cloud Kitchen will oversee daily operations, ensuring that the kitchen runs efficiently and produces high-quality products. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating production schedules, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, liaising with suppliers, and implementing cost-effective strategies to optimize operations. The successful candidate will also monitor customer feedback and continuously strive to enhance the delivery experience and product satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in operational management, team leadership, and process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of food production, bakery products, quality control, and inventory management
  • Experience in customer service, supplier coordination, and resolving operational challenges
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Background in cloud kitchen operations or related industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene are an advantage
