Job Title: Operations Manager, MEP & ELV
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations for all MEP and ELV projects and maintenance activities
- Plan, allocate, and optimize manpower, materials, and equipment across sites
- Monitor project progress, ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance
- Enforce quality, safety, and HSE standards across all operations
- Coordinate with clients, engineering, procurement, and site teams
- Supervise and mentor project managers, engineers, and site supervisors
- Drive operational efficiency, resource utilization, and team performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- 812 years of experience in MEP and ELV operations or project execution
- Minimum 4 years in an operations or senior management role
- Strong knowledge of MEP and ELV systems, project execution, and site operations
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
