Role Overview

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's operational direction, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will bring deep industry expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all manpower-related functions.
  • Drive business expansion by identifying, pursuing, and securing new client contracts.
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, mobilization, deployment, and workforce management.
  • Implement and optimize operational frameworks, SOPs, and performance KPIs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Saudi labor regulations, compliance standards, and company policies.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Deliver comprehensive operational, financial, and performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Progressive experience in manpower services, staffing, or recruitment
  • Proven success in business development, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, operational compliance, and manpower processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with strong commercial insight.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
