Monthly planning of the volume of supply of the assortment, based on plans for the development of the company and seasonal fluctuations.
Organization of effective delivery of the assortment to retail outlets of the Company's own retail and wholesale customers; delivery control: timeliness, completeness of orders; control and optimization of the costs of the assortment delivery to the regions.
Cross-functional interaction with the supply management department and customer service in order to improve work efficiency. Interaction with counterparties; work with claims for under delivery
Resource management for the functioning of the Distribution Center (calculation of necessary resources - personnel, equipment, materials; conclusion of contracts).
Implementation of budget planning, monitoring the performance indicators of administrative expenses at the Distribution Center.
Organization and control of the Distribution Center methodology: regulate the work of the Distribution Center in terms of creating permits, control proper execution of orders and prescriptions of the Company; ensure the established mode of Distribution Center working hours.
Interaction with the Distribution Center landlords, tenants, utilities and public services.
Control over the timely extension and execution of permits, licenses and documents necessary for the work of the Distribution Center.
Organization of work on personnel development, participation in the assessment, training and rotation of personnel.
Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, fire safety and labor protection measures.
Monitoring the implementation of safety rules.
Prompt resolution of administrative and economic issues
Skills & Experience
Proven track record in the development and implementation of proposals for optimizing the work of logistics.
8 10 Years of working Experience in warehouse & Logistics Field
Knowledge of Warehouse and transport logistics processes.
Proven track experience in opening regional warehouses.
Willingness to work in the fields - under difficult circumstances.
