Job Summary:
The Operations Integrity Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of Drilling Services and Remedial operations across the region. The role focuses on operational integrity, technical governance, performance improvement, and compliance with company and client standards, while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards across all operations.
- Drive operational integrity, service quality, and standardization across the region.
- Provide technical oversight
- Monitor operational performance and lead initiatives to reduce NPT and improve efficiency.
- Promote strong HSE culture and lead risk management and incident investigations.
- Conduct audits, field visits, and performance reviews. .
- Ensure workforce competency, training, and development.
- Drive cost optimization and efficient resource utilization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related).
- 12+ years of experience in drilling services and remedial operations.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or regional role.
- Strong technical knowledge in at least two service lines (TRS, Drilling , fishing, Thru tubing , DHT ).
