Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contracting and general maintenance, with a focus on operations management.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of employees.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with the UAE business landscape and regulations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Arab nationality.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to make strategic decisions that enhance contracting and general maintenance processes.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and financial goals, ensuring the profitability of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance.
