Job Description

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in contracting and general maintenance, with a focus on operations management.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of employees.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with the UAE business landscape and regulations.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Arab nationality.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business.
Utilize industry knowledge to make strategic decisions that enhance contracting and general maintenance processes.
Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Manage budgets and financial goals, ensuring the profitability of projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance.
