EZELINK is seeking a technically accomplished and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and scale our operations function. This is a leadership role suited to a professional with a strong systems engineering background, deep Linux expertise, and hands-on experience managing enterprise-grade WiFi and Telecom infrastructure. You will own the performance of our

Network Operations Centre (NOC) and serve as the primary operational point of contact for EZELINK's ISP and Managed Service partners. Your primary focus will be ensuring service delivery consistently meets and exceeds the SLAs we commit to as a managed WiFi and Telecom solutions provider.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end operations of the NOC, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, rapid incident detection, and resolution across all managed infrastructure.
  • Track and report on operational KPIs, including uptime and MTTR, driving continuous improvement to exceed SLA targets.
  • Administer network management systems and champion automation initiatives through scripting to improve efficiency.
  • Manage partner SLA reporting cycles, present performance reports, and oversee incident escalation handling.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of NOC engineers, and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Partner with Project Delivery, Technical Pre-Sales, and Commercial teams to align operations with business growth objectives.
  • Ensure all operational activities comply with EZELINK's internal security policies and applicable UAE telecom regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 710 years of progressive experience in IT/Telecom infrastructure, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, CompTIA Network+, or Linux Professional Institute.
  • Strong, hands-on Linux system administration skills, including shell scripting and server hardening.
  • Solid knowledge of WiFi technologies and WLAN security protocols.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing NOC operations, building incident management frameworks, and managing SLA delivery.
  • Proficiency with network monitoring platforms and a strong command of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
  • Prior working experience in the GCC / MENA region is a strong advantage.
