OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: UAE Based (HQ) | Full Time

About the Role

This is a senior operations role for someone who has spent over a decade in the

industry and knows exactly how things get built, printed, fabricated, and delivered on

time. You will be the technical and operational backbone of the business, supporting

project teams from bid stage through to on-ground execution.

You will report into senior leadership and work closely with departments across the

business to ensure our operational standards, processes, and output are consistently

at the level our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day to day operations across F15Works service lines

including events, exhibitions, fit-out, large format print production, and

fabrication

• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across operational functions to ensure

consistency, quality, and efficiency

• Provide comprehensive technical input and data for bids and proposals,

ensuring all technical specifications and scope definitions are accurate and

competitive

• Prepare and review BOQs in collaboration with the commercials and

procurement teams

• Manage and coordinate procurement and vendor relationships, ensuring the

right suppliers are engaged at the right cost and quality level

• Coordinate with internal teams across design, production, logistics, and project

management to keep operations aligned and on track

• Identify operational risks early and put in place the right mitigation measures

• Drive continuous improvement across workflows, resource planning, and

production processes

• Support the leadership team with operational reporting, capacity planning, and

resource allocation

What We Are Looking For

• 10 to 15 years of hands on experience in events, large format print production,

fabrication, exhibitions, or fit-out

• Deep technical knowledge across production processes, materials, and

construction methodologies used in the industry

• Strong understanding of all core service lines including events operations,

exhibition builds, fit-out, print production, and fabrication• Proven experience developing and enforcing SOPs in a fast-paced production

environment

• Solid procurement and vendor management experience with the ability to

assess capability, negotiate terms, and maintain performance standards

• Demonstrated ability to prepare or support detailed BOQs and translate

technical scope into accurate cost inputs

• Experience working at a head office or group-level operations function

• A reputation for being technically sound, detail oriented, and solutions focused

under pressure
