EgyCham is hiring Operations Manager for one of our clients in Food & Beverage Manufacturing Industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role, based in Giza, Egypt.

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production and operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing and distribution of food and beverage products. The role ensures compliance with food safety, quality, legal, and customer requirements while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture
• 5:10 years of experience
• Proven experience in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry
• Proven leadership and people management skills to supervise and inspire teams effectively.
• Strong ability in operations management, process optimization, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, compliance, and quality control practices.
• Budget management and cost control expertise, along with analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
