About the Job
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple premium dining locations within a well-established restaurant group. This role is focused on driving day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring consistent guest experience, and supporting business performance across high-volume sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations across multiple premium dining outlets
- Support the execution of operational strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and guest experience
- Take ownership of site-level performance, supporting P&L delivery and cost control initiatives
- Ensure all locations consistently meet brand standards, service quality, and operational procedures
- Monitor sales performance, labour, and operational costs, identifying areas for improvement
- Support new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth operational setup and launch execution
- Lead, manage, and motivate large teams across multiple sites, ensuring high engagement and performance
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong operational control and hands-on leadership presence
- Deliver training and coaching to restaurant management teams to build capability and consistency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations
- Work closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Key Ingredients
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager within premium dining or high-end restaurant groups
- Experience managing multi-site restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of P&L and cost management at unit level
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be present in operations regularly
- Experience supporting restaurant openings is highly desirable
- Strong people management skills, with experience leading large, diverse teams
- Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance in busy environments
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in fast-paced settings
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
