About the Job

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a rapidly expanding portfolio within a well-established and growing restaurant group. This role is focused on driving day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring consistent guest experience, and supporting business performance across high-volume sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations across multiple outlets.
  • Take ownership of site-level performance, supporting P&L delivery and cost control initiatives.
  • Ensure all locations consistently meet brand standards, service quality, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance, labour, and operational costs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth operational setup and launch delivery.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate large teams across multiple sites, ensuring high engagement and performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong operational control and hands-on leadership presence.
  • Deliver training and coaching to restaurant management teams to build capability and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Key Ingredients

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager within premium or high-end restaurant groups.
  • Experience managing multi-site restaurant operations.
  • Strong understanding of P&L and cost management at unit level.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be present in operations regularly.
  • Experience supporting restaurant openings is highly desirable.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience leading large, diverse teams.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance in busy environments.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in fast-paced settings.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
