Operations Manager

Mission

• Maintain a good level of motivation within its teams;
• Accompany, animate and supervise its TL;
• Define and/or define objectives set by management;
• Establish a monthly or quarterly forecast and update it every week;
• Extract statistical data, control and analyze them in order to exploit them and build an associated action plan;
• To report on its results to its hierarchy and/or to its client;
• Participate in the preparation, animation of the coprod, copil or cotrim;
• Participate in the management and optimization of its turnover and profitability;
• Maintain a good social climate;
• Conveying the group's values and ensuring that they are respected and applied;
• Participate in the recruitment process and validate the profiles of the agents who fit the business;
• Ensure the interface with the different departments;
• Manage your staffing in real time with the collaboration of IDPs;
• Suggest and lead a quality challenge.

Profile

At least 2 years of higher education and/or at least 3 years of confirmed experience as an Operations Manager.
