The ideal candidate has proven experience managing large operational teams, improving efficiency, and achieving measurable performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily driver operations and performance monitoring
- Prepare operational reports and analyze KPIs
- Reduce operational costs and improve productivity
- Handle field operational issues promptly and effectively
- Develop and optimize operational procedures
- Supervise supervisors and drivers and manage schedules
Requirements
- 35+ years of operations management experience (preferably in delivery or logistics sector)
- Proven experience managing large teams (50+ staff)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel and reporting/tracking systems
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
