Role Overview
This is a dual-role position responsible for overseeing operational delivery and audit quality across Assurance, Accounting, and Internal Audit functions. The role reports directly to senior management and will play a key part in ensuring efficient service delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in audit and assurance.
- Mandatory experience with a Big 4 firm.
- Proven leadership experience within an audit firm.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA is required; CIA is an advantage.
- Strong experience in client management and client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client delivery, stakeholder expectations, and issue resolution.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee audit and operational delivery across multiple service lines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards, IFRS requirements, and internal quality procedures.
- Manage workflow, resource allocation, and turnaround timelines.
- Lead client engagements, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Drive successful client delivery and proactively manage escalations and service issues.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of work.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and adherence to internal processes.
- Support business growth through strong client engagement and relationship management.
- Experience auditing both SME and large corporate clients.
- Exposure to sectors such as Real Estate, Construction, Trading, Financial Services, Retail, or similar industries is preferred.
- Ability to lead and manage engagements of varying size and complexity.
