The Operations Manager will have full ownership of end-to-end operations, profitability, and growth of the company.

Role Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and scaling our ride-hailing platform within the Logistic Gateway ecosystem, with full accountability for:
Daily operations
Unit economics & profitability
Rider (B2C) and corporate (B2B) growth
Driver supply, performance, and retention
Service quality, compliance, and scalability
This role carries direct responsibility for operational results and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)
The Operations Manager will be accountable for:
Full ownership of daily ride-hailing operations across cities (drivers, fleet, field ops, support).
Managing supply & demand balance, driver availability, acceptance rate, and peak-hour performance.
Contributing to the expansion strategy into new cities or service verticals.
Direct responsibility for operational profitability (unit economics), including:
o Cost per trip
o Contribution margin
o Incentives vs. revenue efficiency
Driving B2C growth (active riders, trips per rider, retention) through operational excellence.
Owning B2B / corporate rides operations, including SLAs, pricing models, service quality, and profitability.
Working closely with product and tech teams on:
o Dynamic pricing
o Matching efficiency
o Cancellation reduction
Defining, tracking, and improving core KPIs, such as:
o Completed trips
o ETA / pickup time
o Cancellation rate
o Active drivers & riders
o Revenue and margin per city
Ensuring compliance with Saudi transport regulations and operational policies.
Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action plans.
Minimum Requirements
Applications not meeting the below will not be considered:
7+ years of hands-on operations management experience in:
o Ride-hailing / Taxi platforms
o Delivery or marketplace-based businesses
Proven experience owning KPIs and operational performance, not only execution.
Demonstrated responsibility for profitability, unit economics, or P&L components.
Strong understanding of driver lifecycle management (onboarding, incentives, retention).
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills.
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
