Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman - United Arab Emirates. As an Operations Manager at Marahab Delivery Services LLC, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards. Responsibilities include managing logistics and supply chain processes, supervising and coordinating teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize workflow and resource utilization. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving operational challenges, liaising with clients to meet service expectations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge in logistics, supply chain management, and operations optimization
• Proficiency in resource planning, vendor management, and workflow analysis
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
• Previous experience in operations or similar roles in a logistics or delivery service environment
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and health and safety guidelines
• Proficiency in using operational software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in operations within the UAE is a must
