Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence, project execution, resource management, and business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, improving operational processes, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

The successful candidate should have prior experience within the same industry and a strong understanding of operations management, project coordination, client management, and technical service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage operational teams, including technical, project, service, and support functions.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project and business requirements.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, profitability, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Establish and improve operational processes, procedures, and workflow systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Manage client relationships and resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Review project schedules, manpower requirements, material availability, and execution progress.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and operational planning activities.
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations management.
• Proven experience managing technical operations, projects, and service delivery.
• Strong UAE market experience with knowledge of local business practices.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale operations.
• Strong understanding of project execution, resource planning, and operational controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
