Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage operational team schedules, monitor productivity, and evaluate performance.
• Monitor service and operational quality, addressing any issues or operational faults.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and submit them to senior management.
• Improve work procedures and develop operational policies to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
• Monitor operational risks and develop contingency plans.
• Follow up on routine maintenance and ensure readiness of tools and equipment.
• Manage and resolve operational problems quickly and effectively.
• Train and develop operational staff.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management within cafés/food service industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Ability to prepare reports and analyze operational data.
• Proficiency in operational systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• High level of commitment and time management skills.
• Preferred candidates with experience in service or industrial operational environments.
