We are looking for an Operations Manager for our client who specializes in paints additives/metal chemicals in Jubail, KSA. Candidate will be responsible for lead manufacturing operations, including maintenance to assure efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness with best use of resources and in respect of safety and environment to meet all production requirements. Report to General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate systems are in place to initiate, modify, review & communicate manufacturing specifications in line with customer requirements and machine capability. Ensure that appropriate procedures are in place to maintain the integrity of the manufacturing and management of change processes, including formulation changes, change of technical specifications, new products/materials in production, and engineering changes.
- Support capital investment projects linked to capability/capacity up to completion.
- Initiate proposals/innovations for capital investment to continuously improve the manufacturing operation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate actively in promoting Occupational Health & safety in work place.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of chemistry, chemical safety, protection, and management, including EHS management systems, chemical and waste labelling, and disposal.
- Experience with Paint/Paint additives preferred.
