Job Summary
The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches in Riyadh, ensuring consistent food quality, service standards, profitability, and compliance with company and Saudi regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant branches.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, food safety, and service quality.
- Monitor and improve branch performance including sales, food cost, labor cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate Restaurant Managers and branch teams.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi health, safety, municipality, and food safety regulations.
- Control costs, manage budgets, and optimize operational expenses.
- Handle customer complaints and operational escalations effectively.
- Coordinate with Head Office departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing).
- Support new branch openings and operational improvements.
- Prepare regular performance, audit, and compliance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 58 years of restaurant operations experience, including multi-branch management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP preferred).
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- English required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
