About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join the resort's Private Access team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Own and direct the full lifecycle of the premium non- gaming guest journey from pre-arrival planning through departure and follow-up.
- Support VIP events, movements, and complex itineraries requiring multi-team synchronization.
- Verify readiness of villas, suites, amenities, gifts, and special arrangements.
- Serve as senior escalation point for service recovery, making real-time operational decisions.
- Drive accuracy of guest intelligence, preferences, and historical data within systems.
- Maintain a highly visible presence across Private Access areas, engaging guests and colleagues to anticipate needs and prevent service disruption.
- Ensure all service delivery reflets brand standards, Forbes expectations and principles of anticipatory luxury.
- Partner with operational leaders and executive stakeholders to maintain alignment VIP priorities, movements, and sensitive activities.
- Oversee manpower deployment, productivity, and presentation standards.
- Always ensure confidentiality and protection of guest identity.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
- 46 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, autonomy and sound judgement in high profile guest environment.
- Leadership experience in VIP, Butler, Front Office, or Premium Services, private residences, or exclusive hotel operations is highly desirable.
- High emotional intelligence and presence when engaging distinguished guests.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
