About the Client:
A Dubai based, growing tech-enabled real estate business backed by a diversified holding group serving the region.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of the platform across all functional areas
- Continuously improve efficiency across onboarding, listings, payments, and support
- Coordinate UAT sign-off and ensure all critical issues are resolved prior to launch
- Oversee property onboarding, listing quality, and platform content standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Alteast 5 years experience in managing RE platform operations in UAE
- Mobile App and platform are almost ready to go live so we need someone who is tech savy as well and can walk thru - partners, landlords, investors, on how to navigate the app.
- With good communication skills; professional with clients, investors and even residents
