We are a newly established telecom channel partner building a scalable sales engine across the UAE. Our portfolio covers consumer home connectivity, postpaid mobile, and SME connectivity solutions. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and help build a structured, compliant, and high-quality operating model that supports rapid sales growth.

Role

We are hiring an Operations Manager to own Sales Operations, CRM governance, compliance, performance reporting, and partner coordination across Consumer and SME connectivity products. This role is accountable for ensuring that sales growth is supported by strong processes, accurate KPIs, high order quality, and full compliance with regulatory and partner requirements.

Core Objectives

  • Establish a scalable sales operations framework that supports rapid growth.
  • Ensure strong CRM discipline, KPI tracking, and management-level performance visibility.
  • Maintain high compliance standards with zero tolerance for process breaches.
  • Reduce order fallout and improve activation success through strong controls and partner coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales operations processes from lead intake to order submission and activation tracking.
  • Define and enforce CRM governance, including pipeline stages, required fields, dashboards, and user discipline.
  • Establish SOPs, checklists, and QA gates to improve order quality and reduce rejections.
  • Own KPI definition, performance tracking, and reporting across sales activity, conversion, fallout, and activation.
  • Manage incentive calculations, validation, and reporting for sales teams in line with approved schemes.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the telecom operator's back-office teams for all operational, reporting, and process-related matters.
  • Own compliance standards for documentation, consent, and regulatory requirements; conduct periodic audits.
  • Support onboarding and training of sales teams from a process, compliance, and reporting perspective.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to align commercial execution with operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM, or Order Management within telecom, ICT, or a process-heavy sales environment in the UAE.
  • Strong experience enforcing CRM discipline, KPI reporting, and managing field sales processes.
  • Solid compliance and audit background with attention to detail and risk controls.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, incentive calculations, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scaling environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus).

  • Monthly fixed salary 8K AED
